Sis and I took high speed rail for the 2nd time, it only cost us 30 minutes from Hsin-chu to taipei. I have to say High speed rail is really a good public construction in Taiwan's transportation history. We waited mom and dad at Taipei railway station, then took taxi to 'National museum of History' for the exhibition. It's a shock when we saw the waiting line. We're lucky to meet a staff and he told us that elderly doesn't need to wait in the line. Hoho...he made our day; otherwise, we'll wait for 2 hours in hot weather and this would have ruin our 1 day trip totally.

I have seen the painting at odyssey museum in my 2002 trip. There were so many famous art works in the museum that I didn't spend much time in Jean-François Millet's painting. The most impressed thing in Odyssey museum is the architecture. It's a creative decision and successful job to transform a train station to a art museum. I felt the ticket well worth the price when I step in the central hall.

After finishing our art tour, we head for Taipei 101. Sis accompanied mom and dad to the observation floor and I waited in Page One. Sis said the ticket price is NT$400 per person and $350 with high speed rail ticket.

The last stop of our trip is 'Piece of Cake'. It's a small cafe with delicious swiss roll. All of cake are hand maded with limited quantity. It's not a pleasant experience because we were plan to take out, but most of flavor were sold out and there was no choice left but fruit roll when we got there. The store manager answered our inquiry impatiently.
Finally we got home with 2 pack of dessert: 3 cake from the Le bouquet backery and 8 creamy putting from porcini.
